Withdrawal period
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal.
The Customer shall inform the Seller of his decision to withdraw by filling in this withdrawal form before the expiry of the above-mentioned period, or by sending by e-mail to contact@leonardparis.com any document containing equivalent indications.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer will receive, on the email address indicated at the time of the order, an acknowledgement of receipt of his request.
The Product must be returned in new and complete condition, unsealed and in its packaging within fourteen (14) days of sending the withdrawal form to the following address

If the Customer returns the Product by regular mail and the Product is lost due to the carrier, the Product will be deemed not to have been returned.
The Customer will be reimbursed for the totality of the sums he/she has paid, including the delivery costs, at the latest within fourteen days following the receipt of the Product by the Seller.
Only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
However, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method.
Guarantees
The Seller is bound by the defects of conformity of the Product under the conditions of Article L. 217-4 and following of the Consumer Code and hidden defects under the conditions provided for in Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
The Seller reminds that in case of implementation of the legal guarantee of conformity, the Customer:
- has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the Product to act with the Seller,
- that he can choose between replacement, reimbursement or repair of the Product subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code,
- that he/she is exempted from proving the existence of the defect of conformity of the Product during the twenty four months following the delivery of the Product.
The Buyer may also claim the warranty against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code and, in this case, he may choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price (provisions of Article 1644 of the Civil Code).
The repair, replacement or refund of the Product can be requested in the following way: the Seller must be contacted by e-mail at the following address contact@leonardparis.com and the Product must be returned to him according to the modalities provided for in article 9 hereof.
