Article 8 : Delivery terms
8.1 Delivery zone to a postal address.
The Products purchased on the Site can only be delivered in Metropolitan France and in the countries of the European Union, excluding Germany, Austria and Belgium. Also excluded are the Anglo-Norman Islands (GB), the DOM and TOM of the French Republic, the Dutch Antilles and Aruba (NL), the Canary Islands Ceuta and Melila (ES) and the Azores Islands (P).
It is impossible to place an order for any delivery address located outside this delivery area. For reasons including security, LEONARD FASHION will not process any order for which a poste restante, P.O. Box or Cedex address is provided.
The Products are shipped to the delivery address that the Buyer has indicated during the ordering process.
8.2 Delivery times
The delivery times below run from the validation of your order by our Customer Service, or from the receipt of the confirmation email referred to in Article 1 hereof.
8.2.1 Delivery to a postal address
At the beginning of the ordering process, we indicate the possible delivery times and methods for the Products purchased and the country of delivery chosen.
8.2.2 Delivery in France and in the Principality of Monaco
Courier (for orders delivered in Paris)
One working day for all orders placed and validated before 2pm, working day
Registered Colissimo :
Two (2) working days for any order placed and validated before 2pm, working day
Three (3) working days for any order placed and validated after 2pm, working day
For a delivery in Corsica; three (3) working days from the validation of the order
8.2.3 Delivery in a country of the EU (except Germany, Austria Belgium, Anglo Normandy Islands (GB), DOM TOM of the French Republic, the Dutch Antilles and Aruba (NL), the Canary Islands Ceuta and Melila (ES), the Azores Islands (P)).
Colissimo International Tracking :
Four (4) working days for any order placed and validated before 2pm, working day
Five (5) working days for any order placed and validated after 2pm, working day
8.3 Withdrawal in LEONARD FASHION store.
It is possible to withdraw your order placed on the Site in store. This service, offered to customers of the Site, is currently offered only in stores in Paris.
An email will be sent to you when your order is available in store.
For an in-store pick-up, your products will be available within 3 hours for any order placed before fourteen (14) hours on a working day, and within 48 hours for any order placed on a non-working day or holiday.
You have a period of 15 days to recover your order and this, from the receipt of the e-mail informing you of its availability in store.
8.4 Delivery problems
Any defect or delay in delivery, or in the availability of your products in the store, which exceeds the delivery or collection deadlines mentioned in Articles 8.2 and 8.3 must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. Any claim made after thirty (30) calendar days from the date of validation of your order cannot be taken into account.

LEONARD FASHION will then be required to refund the full amount paid within fourteen (14) days from the date of termination of the contract of sale. If you nevertheless receive the Product after having used this option, you must return it in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 9 below.
You must check the conformity of the Products at the time of delivery and indicate, on the delivery slip, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomalies noted (open package, damaged product, missing product etc...)
You must then contact the Customer Service by e-mail, by clicking on the link "customer service" or by phone at + 33 (0)1 53 67 87 87 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from 10 am to 5:30 pm)
In case of non-conformity of the Products purchased or if they do not give you satisfaction, you can return them or ask for an exchange or refund under the conditions provided in Article 9 below.
8.5 Transport costs
The amount of the delivery charges is calculated according to the Products chosen, the total value of your order as well as the delivery method chosen.
The delivery costs due are indicated to the Customer as he/she selects the Products and are invoiced to him/her at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected Products.
