Inspired by the sweetness of the paradise islands of the Caribbean Sea, it is in the middle of the West Indies, on the mythical island of Mustique, that Georg Lux has imagined the LEONARD woman this season. Evoking the bewitching colors of the landscapes of the Grenadines archipelago, as well as the "bohemian chic" lifestyle of the 1960s jet set, this spring-summer 2023 collection is divided into four luminous wardrobes, carefully designed to meet the needs and desires of a contemporary summer daily life, combining finesse, lightness and love of detail.
Spring/Summer '23 Collection
Comfort and relaxation are the hallmarks of this narrow jumpsuit in 1970s-style jersey, with short sleeves and trousers, belted at the waist with a wide printed band. Inspired by the decor of David Bowie's mythical villa on Mustique Island, the stylized flowers of this print are made in classic LEONARD colours, purple, turquoise, green and fuchsia, on a white background.
Great evening inspiration, or a small dinner under the satin lights of the shores of the Grenadines islands for this very romantic long dress with ruffles and thin straps, in silk muslin printed with a new Coptic motif. In very varied yellow colors evoking the palette of a sunset over the Caribbean Sea, this must-have of the season combines finesse, lightness and love of detail.
This long sleeveless cardigan in reversible bonded jersey is printed on the front side with exotic yellow foliage and vines on a black background, and left plain black on the back side. The style detail: long black fringes border the entire width. It is worn here with matching silk seersucker trousers, and a pink silk muslin shirt with a contrasting yellow Coptic print collar, to tie as desired.
This shirt dress in silk twill, with a straight cut, midi length, and very generous blouson sleeves, is tied at the front with luxurious logo buttons, and belted at the waist with a wide LEONARD band. Printed with a pattern of exotic flowers made in different shades of blue, ranging from turquoise to navy, it subtly suggests the cerulean reflections of the Caribbean lagoons.
